Both Michael and I have felt that we should place on record with you our sincere appreciation for the fantastic Adventure in Cape York, including reaching the most northern point in Australia at the tip of Cape York. We enjoyed this from the 8th October 2010 for a period of 12 days, courtesy of yourself as a Chef extraordinaire.
The historical and nature driven information that was provided us with a great number of interesting facts enjoyed by all. Also his guidance through the Four Wheel Drive activities provided enjoyment and safety for both the participants and the vehicles. This was in accordance with the express intent of the tour adventure.
All of the locations chosen for the nightly stay were in keeping with caravan park standards, toilets and hot showers are always appreciated. When we did a bush camp we wanted for nothing. The standard of food provided every day was excellent and your culinary skills added to this enjoyment, we believe that you are selling yourself short with the food and lets face the fact, that at the end of each day your meals were among the highlights to look forward to.
